Recruitment Intern (Headhunting / Executive Search, AI, Fintech, Hedge Fund)

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Intern to support our executive search and talent advisory work across tech, finance, AI and emerging industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, market mapping, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with sophisticated consultants and gain direct insight into how top talent is identified and placed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening and profile evaluation of candidates
• Assist in market mapping and talent research across key sectors (e.g., AI, fintech, Web3)
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and CRM systems
• Support consultants on ongoing search mandates and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment, consulting, or talent advisory
• Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proactive mindset with strong learning agility
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools is a plus
