JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in preparing interview schedules, job postings, and follow-up emails
- Support the recruitment team with candidate enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Help update and maintain candidate records and the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interview schedules and set appointments between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare simple recruitment reports and tracking updates
- Organize and file candidate documents and employment-related records
- Assist in recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement follow-up messages
- Provide general HR admin and support for recruitment activities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply training will be provided
