Job Summary

You will perform security duties including guarding, patrolling, and protecting persons and premises, while enforcing security protocols at events and checkpoints to ensure safety and order.

Responsibilities

- Patrol and guard government and non-government premises, including key installations, to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access

- Protect and escort VIPs, celebrities, persons-in-custody, and prisoners to ensure their safety during transit and events

- Enforce security measures at major and private events to maintain order and safety for attendees

- Manage traffic and crowd control to facilitate smooth movement and prevent incidents during events and at checkpoints

- Conduct screenings and security checks at immigration points and checkpoints to detect and prevent security threats

- Collaborate with team members to maintain effective communication and coordinated security operations

- Adapt to shift work schedules to provide continuous security coverage as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

- Leadership, management, and teamwork skills to effectively lead or support security teams

- Physical fitness to meet the demands of armed or unarmed security roles

- Educational qualifications such as N/O/A Levels, Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree Diploma/Degree holders may qualify for direct entry as Sergeant

Package & Other Details:

Gross salary up to $5,279 with a joining bonus of $45,000Monthly performance incentives and variable bonuses
