What are the Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing for corporate clients and suitable candidates - cold calling included
- Administer the full spectrum of recruitment - from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates
- Schedule and conduct interviews for potential candidates
- Oversee the client and candidates accounts, manage business prospect and development
- Networking and expand channels to drive for corporate sales
- Develop and manage healthy relationships with corporate clients, candidates and team
What are Required
- Minimum Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
- Positive, enthusiastic and self-driven individuals
- Proficient in interpersonal communication
- Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage
