Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Support in talent sourcing and attraction, interviewing, job offer to eventually onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Contribute to employer branding on employer of choice initiatives, campus recruitment of interns and graduates.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in corporate, customer service or sales roles.
- Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking System, social media and job boards.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Learning attitude and thrive in a team-based environment.
