We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy individual for a Recruiting Scheduler role. The main function of a recruiting scheduler is to support recruiters in effectively and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume/senior interviews. A typical recruiting scheduler has excellent organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating interviews for senior level candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a world-class candidate experience
Tools: Maintain Scheduling tracking tool ensuring information is up to date, functioning optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Communicate professionally and always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally with our candidates.
Proactive Communication: Develop strong relationships with senior candidates, keeping them informed of schedules, changes, and updates. while maintaining a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally with our candidates.
Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
XFN Partnerships: Partner closely with other coordinators across teams and time zones
Produce ad hoc recruiting reports Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Training: Support interviewer training across locations
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across scheduling tools and candidate coordination.
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team.
Work collaboratively with Schedulers & Coordinators on cross-functional teams.
Skills:
5+ years experience
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions. Communicate updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Strong ability to problem solves and complex diary management across regions
Strong ability to adapt to change e.g. tools and teams
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint PC based calendar/meeting applications.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
