Key Accountabilities:

. Create an attraction plan for Emerging Talent interns and graduates

. Support attraction activities by attend careers events across Singapore

. Build university relationships for the emerging talent population

. Manage the induction of interns and graduates coming into Singapore

. Manage the graduates across programme supporting gig rotations and training by working with the UK Programme Design Team and the local Singapore People Partners

. Help support the interns on programme

. Support delivering presentations and co-hosting training events

. Managing stakeholders within business areas, providing regular project updates

. Work closely with the Recruitment Team in the Philippines to ensure alignment

Key Skills & Experience

Must-haves:

. Project management/coordination experience

  • Presentation skills - facilitating/designing and delivering skills sessions
  • Willing to work in Seletar Aerospace or Tukang location 3 days a week

. Strong organisation and planning skills

. Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships and influence up to Senior Leadership level

. Competent using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)

. Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines

. Problem solving, analytical thinking and handling data

. Strong attention to detail

. Ability to work towards deadlines

. Working with senior stakeholders within an Admin capacity

. Supporting development of Early Careers programmes
