Your core responsibility will be managing the interview scheduling process across various departments and time zones.
This includes coordinating phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews, often with complex logistics.
You'll also oversee candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, and in-office interview support when required with a strong focus on ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Building strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers across all levels is key, as you'll act as a trusted partner who can troubleshoot scheduling challenges, influence process improvements, and champion best practices.
