Job Description

The Role

  • You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience, serve as a subject matter expert throughout the interview lifecycle, helping to shape an efficient and candidate-friendly process.
  • Your core responsibility will be managing the interview scheduling process across various departments and time zones.
  • This includes coordinating phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews, often with complex logistics.
  • You'll also oversee candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, and in-office interview support when required with a strong focus on ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Building strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers across all levels is key, as you'll act as a trusted partner who can troubleshoot scheduling challenges, influence process improvements, and champion best practices.

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple regions and business units, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of recruiting tools and systems such as Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, and Slack is essential.
