Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future talent pipeline for one of the world's leading engineering organisations. As a Programme & Events Coordinator, you will support the full lifecycle of our Emerging Talent programmesincluding interns and graduatesensuring a highquality experience and smooth delivery across all touchpoints.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute attraction plans for interns and graduates, representing the organisation at careers events across Singapore.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and partners to strengthen our emerging talent pipeline.
  • Manage the endtoend induction experience for interns and graduates relocating or onboarding in Singapore.
  • Support graduate programme rotations and training in collaboration with the UK Programme Design Team and local People Partners.
  • Provide daytoday programme support, including helping interns navigate their assignments and development activities.
  • Cohost training sessions and assist with delivering presentations for early careers participants.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure smooth programme execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team in the Philippines for alignment across processes and requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong project management and coordination experience, with the ability to plan, organise, and deliver multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and stakeholdermanagement capabilities, including influencing up to senior leadership levels.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, including facilitating or supporting learning sessions.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong analytical thinking and problemsolving ability.
  • High attention to detail, strong followthrough, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience supporting earlycareer or internship programmes is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Seletar Aerospace or Tukang at least three days per week
  • Holder of CEI(Certificate of Employment Intermediary)
