Recruitment Coordinator (4-6 month contract) - GH
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Liaise with technicians and relevant stakeholders upon offer acceptance.
Collect, verify, and process required documents after offer acceptance.
Manage MK denial cases (as applicable).
Arrange and schedule medical check-ups, mandatory training, and related activities.
Coordinate work pass applications and submissions, including insurance, in collaboration with the People Services team.
Verify medical check-up reports and escalate issues to the TA team as needed.
Finalize candidate join dates and communicate with Talent Acquisition for updated offer letters, if required.
Handle collection of cancelled work passes and issuance of new work passes upon employee commencement.
Provide general administrative support, including documentation and ERP-related paperwork.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
3-5 years of experience in TA operations
Solid understanding of general HR policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment and labour laws
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented and meticulous in work approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented and results-driven mindset
