Basic: up to $3,500

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end (360) recruitment, covering business development, client servicing, and candidate placement.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned roles.

• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities and manage the interview process.

• Negotiate job offers, fees, and placement terms with clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holders welcome

• 1-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance incentives
