About the Role

• Manage full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
• Focus on hiring across corporate functions such as growth, GTM, marketing, finance, HR and more
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across Singapore and global markets
• Partner with high-quality candidates and global clients on strategic hiring projects
• Stay updated on AI industry trends and talent movement

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in recruitment / executive search / talent acquisition
• Strong interest in AI and technology markets
• Good communication skills and learning agility
• Commercially driven, proactive, and result-oriented
