RevUp Proservices is seeking a Team Lead who can coach, inspire, and drive performance - while still being hands-on in recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building people, driving business growth, and operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants
- Drive sales performance and team KPIs
- Oversee key client relationships and business development
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior or niche roles
- Guide the team on sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and best practices
- Grow and manage contracting and temp-placement businesses, ensuring strong delivery and operational excellence
- Work closely with management to develop new revenue streams and strengthen market positioning
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience leading a team (officially or unofficially)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in placements and client management
- Having an existing client network will be a strong advantage, especially for expanding our perm, contracting, and temp portfolios
