About the role

Join the dynamic Talent Blaze Pte Ltd team as a Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse client base. As a full-time Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Our office at central region area near MRT station .

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and winning new clients
2. Negotiating terms of business and contracts
3. Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their vision and culture
4. Champion candidates, guiding them toward life-changing opportunities
5. Collaborate with a dynamic team to drive growth and innovation
6. Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process
7. Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates to clients
8. Continuously expand your industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with recruitment trends

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
2. Strong client networking and candidate sourcing skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets
6. Passion for the recruitment industry and a drive to succeed
