Your Role

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.

• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.

• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates through consistent communication and quality service.

• Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social platforms and talent databases.

• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate suitability based on qualifications, experience and role requirements.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across different industries and areas of expertise.

• Create compelling job advertisements and promote vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.

• Provide clients with market insights, candidate feedback and practical hiring recommendations.

• Work closely with internal teams to achieve recruitment objectives and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure processes are completed efficiently and professionally.
