Recruitment Consultant (Shipping)

Join Achieve Group's growing Commercial Shipping recruitment team.

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to support clients across the commercial shipping and maritime sectors in Asia.

You'll recruit for specialised roles across chartering, shipbroking, operations, commercial, technical, finance and corporate functions, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build relationships with shipowners, ship managers, brokerages and other maritime businesses
• Identify and engage professionals through market mapping, networking and headhunting
• Provide clients with relevant market insights and hiring advice
• Develop your own specialist shipping market and client network

What we're looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within shipping, maritime or technical recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and drive to develop new business
• Curious, resilient and keen to build expertise in the shipping market
