Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant | East Area

Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $3,500 + Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Handle Temp, Contract and Permanent recruitment assignments
• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Prepare and publish job advertisements
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Develop new client accounts and business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Understand and advise on clients recruitment requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on candidate and client feedback
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process for both clients and candidates
• Mentor and guide junior consultants as a Senior Consultant

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and results-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Recruitment experience will be an advantage
• Individuals without recruitment experience but with strong sales or customer-facing experience are welcome
