Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage end-to-end hiring processes, build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the growth of dynamic organizations. You'll be trained to think critically, communicate with impact, and operate with precision-all while building a career that evolves with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the Pioneer batch of this start up and shape it for the future generations of recruiters.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, team culture, and business goals
- Source and engage candidates through digital platforms, referrals, and events
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit across multiple dimensions
- Present candidate shortlists with clear rationale and market insights
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
Requirement
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Curiosity about people, business, and market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and poise
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn fast
