We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help drive business growth while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, job postings, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Provide market insights and hiring advice to clients and candidates
- Attend industry events and network within the maritime community
- Negotiate terms of business and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Keep accurate records in recruitment systems and prepare reports as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Recruitment experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for engaging with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Positive, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys socialising and networking
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
