About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Retail & Consumer practice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition within the fast-paced sectors of FMCG, retail, and luxury. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across FMCG, retail, and luxury sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and uphold ethical recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with CEI requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business development targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- CEI Certification (Compulsory Employment Intermediaries license) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or luxury industries.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore employment market and MOM regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and client management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or talent consultancy setting.
- Established network within the retail and consumer sectors in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
