Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.
Negotiate offers between clients and candidates.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment performance targets.
