Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support recruitment assignments by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while working closely with clients to fulfil hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for assigned roles
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client-facing work
