Tasks & responsibilities
- Identifying & developing client/business relationship
- Screening / validating the resumes from database
- Sourcing suitable candidates & briefing them on opportunities offered by clients
- Or Actively seek candidates to fit specific openings and proactive profiles
- Negotiating terms with candidates within agreed guidelines
- Interview follow-ups
- Coordinating with candidates for interview.
- Mail & phone Interaction
- Meet up with candidates or clients when necessary.
Qualifications & experience
- a diploma/degree cert. or
- Possesses CEI license/cert
- Have experience working in the Recruitment or Sales arena
- Possess a professional and consultative telephone manner
- Understand the importance of soft sales skills
