Job Responsibilities :

• Work closely with internal Business Development Team to understand recruitment needs of our clients
• Engage in full recruitment cycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talents
• Drive placement outcomes by effectively matching candidates to roles and closing recruitment assignments
• Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to ensure recruitment timelines for clients are met.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
• Sales-driven personality with strong motivation to hit targets
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to help others succeed
• No prior experience required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed!
