We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients while providing an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the database.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the SEA / APAC region.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
