Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Use headhunting techniques to approach passive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide guidance to candidates on resume writing, interview techniques, and career development
- Write and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through to job placement
- Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, preparing both parties thoroughly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
- Participate in job fairs and career events to build talent pipelines and brand presence
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment
