We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team, supporting our Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector. This role is ideal for someone starting or building their recruitment career, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, and supporting the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 360 recruitment processes for contracting and permanent positions.
- Source, engage, and screen candidates across technical and commercial functions.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment system.
- Support business development activities by helping research clients and market trends.
- Meet individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Experience in Maritime / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Technology recruitment sector is a plus.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ambition to grow within the recruitment industry.
