We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support client hiring needs. The role involves working closely with both clients and candidates, including overseas clients and partners based in the China market, to deliver effective recruitment solutions in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with overseas clients and partners, including those based in China.
Source and assess candidates through various channels such as job portals, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
Provide recruitment advisory support to clients, including market insights and hiring trends.
Support onboarding processes and follow up on placed candidates where required.
Participate in business development and client engagement activities as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, candidates, and business partners in overseas markets, including China.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
