Job Description

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing internal team. At Kuubiik, we help startups and growing businesses build incredible remote teams - and now, we're building ours too!

In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from business development and client management to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You'll work closely with both clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires across different industries and regions.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, enjoy building relationships, and love matching great talent with the right opportunities, this role is for you.

Join us in shaping the future of remote work!

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment

  • Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, team dynamics, and business needs.
  • Ask the right questions to fully scope out the skills, experience, and cultural fit they're looking for.
  • Provide consultative guidance to help clients clarify and refine their requirements.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified professionals across various skill sets and industries.
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to find top remote professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals for current and future opportunities.

Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for client projects.
  • Evaluate both technical capabilities and soft skills to ensure quality matches.
  • Present shortlisted professionals to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations.

Client & Professional Coordination

  • Manage the interview process between clients and professionals, coordinating schedules and feedback.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the process, ensuring smooth communication on both sides.
  • Provide guidance and support to help close placements successfully.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and professionals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to support clients with additional resources as their teams grow.

Revenue Generation

  • Convert qualified opportunities into successful placements.
  • Manage your pipeline efficiently to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Performance Tracking

  • Use CRM and ATS tools (Hubspot, ClickUp and other software) to track your pipeline, placements, and performance.
  • Monitor and report performance against KPIs in collaboration with your Line Manager.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a 360 or agency setting.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll be speaking with international clients and professionals daily).
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close placements independently.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills - you need to really understand both client needs and professional capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and close placements consistently.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM tools, or similar platforms (HubSpot, Greenhouse, Lever, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in remote staffing, outsourcing, tech placement, or working with international clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who's equally comfortable talking to clients and professionals.
  • A natural relationship builder who focuses on quality matches, not just filling roles quickly.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and work independently.
  • Someone who's consultative and asks great questions to understand what people really need.
  • Comfortable working across time zones (Singapore-based company with some overlap expected).
