What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Engineering Perm team, you'll:

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs across engineering functions, including role scope, team structures, and long-term workforce plans
  • Develop a strong understanding of diverse engineering roles across sectors such as manufacturing, advanced engineering, and industrial environments
  • Manage requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations across active searches
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for engineering professionals, from sourcing and screening through to offer management and placement
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to market demand and technical skillsets
  • Use market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring data to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes
  • Build and expand networks within the engineering talent landscape through targeted outreach and industry engagement

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role — balancing client development and delivery, with a focus on building sustainable revenue streams and long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of agency experience in white-collar recruitment, with either engineering recruitment exposure or an engineering education, within the Singapore market
  • Ability to engage clients across a range of engineering domains and deliver on multiple concurrent roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and internal teams
  • Commercially driven — motivated by targets, performance metrics, and consistent billing outcomes
  • Organised, resilient, and effective in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using CRMs, ATS tools, and data to manage pipelines and prioritise work
