- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and clients effectively, facilitating smooth recruitment outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- CEI-certified EA personnel

- Proven track record within the manpower placement industry demonstrating successful recruitment outcomes
