Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruiting practices
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holder with 2-3 years of working experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques, including cold calling and campus recruitment
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
