Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, from job briefing to candidate placement
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to provide insights for clients talent strategies
• Support clients with HR consulting services, such as organizational design, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese would be an advantages to communicate with Japanese stakeholders
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment and HR consulting are welcome to apply)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven, able to work independently and in a team environment

Others:

• Salary: SGD 5,000-8,000 + Incentive scheme
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (Hybrid work arrangement)
