Senior Consultant - Engineering Recruitment (Singapore &SEA)

We're looking for an experienced Practice Lead to build andlead our Engineering recruitment desk in Singapore, with coverage acrossSoutheast Asia.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a proven 360° recruiterwho thrives on new business, values deep market expertise, and wants to shape ahigh-performing specialist practice.

The Role

As Practice Lead, you'll take ownership of an Engineeringportfolio spanning infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, energy or relatedsectors:

. Develop and expand a high-performing Engineering recruitment desk fromthe start

• Act as a true market specialist and trusted advisor to clients across Singapore and the wider SEA region
• Drive business development through a proactive, hunter-led approach
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and complex, specialist searches
• Mentor junior consultants as the practice scales

About You

• 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally within Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Strong understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia recruitment market
• Proven track record as a new-business hunter with consistent billing results
• Commercial, consultative and network-driven in your approach
• Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated by building something of your own
