Ourexperienced team of recruitment experts work mainly on Leadership (CXO)Strategy, M&A and Transformation across Financial Services, Private Equity,Technology and Consulting.

The Position:

. Understanding recruitment mandates and defining asourcing strategy - Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach:

. Talent Mapping, Headhunting, job boards, socialmedia & referrals

. Developing a candidate portfolio based on directcontacts

. Selecting and qualifying (incl. interviewing) localas well as international candidates at mid and senior level.

. In depth phone and face to face interviews

. Client acquisition and business development

. Ensuring proper process management together withrecruitment consultants and clients - Supporting actively key account managersin the development of our sales strategy

Your background:

. Bachelor's Degree - 1 - 8 years professional workexperience, in Recruitment or Executive Search,

. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

. Entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude

. Professional code of ethics - Fluency in English,additional languages would be an advantage.
