Your new role
As a Consulting Recruiter, you&aposll be at the heart of our recruitment process, responsible for:
- Generating a strong candidate database through multiple sourcing methods
- Consistently achieve KPIs and generate a consistent stream of sales revenue on a monthly basis
- Managing client & candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
What you&aposll need to succeed
We welcome individuals from various backgrounds to join us and develop their skills in areas such as Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Banking, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, Legal, and many others. Key qualities we&aposre looking for include:
- Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-drive

- Resilience and a result-oriented mindset
- Recruitment experience not needed, 1-2 years of sales experience preferred for any industry
