We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter with strong experience in the manufacturing sector to join our team in Singapore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our clients manpower needs. This role requires excellent networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, operations, quality control, supply chain, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage job postings and ensure timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Handle offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs in the manufacturing sector.
- Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines and local labour regulations.
Requirements
- CEI (Basic/Advanced) certification is Mandatory
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws, quota/levy system, and work pass procedures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
