Job Description

People360 is one of Singapore's trusted recruitment firms, specialising in the sourcing and placement of skilled foreign and local talent across the healthcare and general sectors. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Foreign Division and are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate delivery - for foreign workers placements across various industries (Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Construction). You will be recruiting foreign workers (blue & white collars) from Regional Asia such as Malaysia, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Management

  • Acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, outreach activities, door to door canvassing
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored foreign recruitment solutions
  • Negotiate and close recruitment service agreements

Sourcing & Interviewing

  • Work closely with our regional recruitment partners to source suitable candidates
  • Conduct interviews and shortlist foreign worker profiles
  • Arrange interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates

Placement & Coordination

  • Manage the full recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure timely delivery of candidates based on client hiring timelines
  • Comply with Singapore's foreign manpower regulations and documentation requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in foreign worker recruitment
  • Strong passion for sales and business development
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Work Permit processes and MOM regulations
  • Able to collaborate with regional recruitment partners
  • Able to travel to regional countries for recruitment events
  • Possess a valid CEI Basic Licence
