Job Description:We are seeking a driven and client-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build client relationships, and deliver top talent solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment databases.
- Provide market insights and talent recommendations to clients.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets and growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or consulting roles.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Singapore/SEA talent market is preferred.
