What You Will Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of important client accounts
• Developing new business opportunities and grow your specialist market
• Negotiating offers and delivering recruitment assignments
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and engage talented professionals
• Develop your own specialist network of industry contacts
• Advise clients on hiring and talent market trends
• Match exceptional people with exciting career opportunities
• Build your own portfolio and increase your earnings over time

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or commercial experience roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, resilience and a strong desire to succeed.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in developing business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Interest in the maritime industry would be advantageous, although prior maritime knowledge or experience is not required.
• Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential.
