Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Salary: $2800 - $3000
Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their manpower requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract talent through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
- Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client expectations in skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide market insights on salary trends, talent availability, and hiring practices to clients and candidates.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists, ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage the acceptance process smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery across HR solutions.
- Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs in placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business or Human Resource
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales/BD roles will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong drive and people skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
