Oversee the daily manpower and deployment planning and forecast for all sites
Manage pool of relief guards and deploys them to deployment sites
Recruit and interview candidates for deployment placements and conversion to full-time
Compliance with security policies, SOPs, and regulations at sites
End-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner
Orientation for all new joiners
Assist in administrative matters e.g. raising of purchase requisition, liaising with vendors for quotations
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in Private Security industry is a plus
Customer service oriented, driven and possess strong administrative skills
Strong team player, outgoing and possess strong interpersonal skills
Meticulous, resourceful and highly organized
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Able to multi-task and perform with minimum supervision
Able to start work within short notice
