About The Role
- Covering the 360 full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
- Conduct deep and thorough talent market research across different regions and industry specialty
- Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
- Stay on top of the tech/AI industry trends
We expect you are:
- Bachelor or equivalent education background in HR, Business, Cognitive Science, Psychology or Knowledge management
- Experience in HR/Recruitment/Business Consulting related internships will be huge plus
- Strong learning agility to get adapted to new domain knowledge, environment and organizational culture rapidly
- Good communication skills with candidate/client to conduct needs assessment
- Passionate about either tech advancement or Recruiting business
- Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
