Recruitment Consultant (Commission)

Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand clients hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback

End-to-End Recruitment Process

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Handle offer negotiation and closing of candidates
• Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up post-placement

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles (open to no experience with strong interest)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
