Recruitment Consultant (BD)

SPEMOCEAN is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support client engagement, business development initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple industries and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and timelines

• Support business development activities, including client relationship management and account growth

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment delivery

• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and recruitment challenges

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in line with internal processes

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Singapore employment regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, including exposure to client-facing or business development activities

• Experience supporting professional, technical, or project-based roles is an advantage

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements
