You will specialise in recruiting across the Banking & Financial Services sector, covering areas such as Banking, Risk & Compliance, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Commercial Financial Institutions. This includes supporting clients across retail and corporate banking, regulatory functions, investment advisory, insurance operations, and emerging financial service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
Initiate and drive business development and marketing activities to build new corporate partnerships and diversify your own client portfolio - Account Management
Manage and develop relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs, organisational structure, and market positioning. - Talent Acquisition
Source and attract quality candidates through various channels, including job postings, referrals, and database searches, to ensure a strong and consistent talent pipeline aligned to clients requirements. - Candidate Management
Manage the end-to-end candidate journey - from understanding their career aspirations to guiding them through the hiring process, while also supporting matters related to payroll and employment benefits where required.
