This role handles end-to-end of the recruitment search process, including direct candidate and client interactions. It requires someone who is resourceful and enjoys getting to know people.
- Perform market intelligence research on talent and industry landscape and trends, participate in talent mapping projects
- Perform candidate generation by means of internet research and usage of social media tools
- Walk candidates through the recruitment process, including managing candidates expectations
- Conduct regular search status reviews with clients
- Industry focus: Industrial, Semiconductor, Technology
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience. Fresh graduates with prior professional internship experiences may be considered
- 2 to 3 year's prior expectation in a headhunting / search firm
- Strong communication skills, highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills
- Creative and resourceful, internet-savvy
- Has an eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering is a plus
