Responsibilities:
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for both executive and non-executive positions.
Manage offer negotiations, including salary and compensation discussions with clients and candidates.
Provide market insights and employment trend advice to both clients and job seekers.
Proactively develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.
Partner with clients to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared performance goals.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Possession of a CEI Certificate and prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
