As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
Being a subject matter expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals.
Aligning your candidates career aspirations with our clients hiring needs by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
Building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video meetings
Proactively introducing candidates to clients to uncover new opportunities for them.
Staying up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space
Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive, and friendly culture.
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team.
